Breakfast Mélange
with Fruit & Quinoa

Ingredients
¼ cup water
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 banana
15 oz. frozen peaches
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
1½ cup cooked quinoa
1 cup milk (unsweetened coconut or almond)
Optional: Add any fruit of your choosing after cooking (such as blueberries)
Directions
Place water and vanilla in a large saucepan over low heat.
Add bananas and peaches. Stir.
Add in cinnamon and nutmeg. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat and cook until tender, about 7 minutes.
Stir in quinoa and milk.
Cook on low for 5-10 minutes. Serve warm.
