Chocolate Banana, Mixed Berry, and Green Monster

Ingredients

Chocolate Banana:

  • 2 peeled and frozen bananas, sliced

  • 2 cups milk (unsweetened coconut or almond)

  • 4 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Mixed Berry:

  • 2 cups milk (unsweetened coconut or almond)

  • 1 peeled and frozen banana, sliced

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

Green Monster:

  • 1 cup milk (unsweetened coconut or almond milk)

  • 3/4 cup fresh spinach leaves

  • 1 large banana, peeled and sliced

Optional:

  • If participating in Detox with the Doctors add 4 scoops of Core Support to each recipe.

Directions

  • Pick which smoothie recipe you want to make.

  • Add all ingredients to a blender

  • Blend until smooth

  • Enjoy!
